Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a classroom setting, a strong commitment to student learning, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students, using a variety of instructional strategies and materials.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports student learning and growth.
- Use formative and summative assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and achieve school-wide goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and teaching methods.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
